GCC Campus to Open and Resume Classes at 2 p.m.
GCC employees return to work by 1 p.m.

Acting Governor Joshua Tenorio anticipates returning the island to Condition of Readiness 4 (COR4) by noon today, with Government of Guam employees to return to work by 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13, 2024.
The Guam Community College campus will be reopened and classes will resume starting at 2 p.m.
