Effective August 21, 2020, at 12 pm Governor Lou Leon Guerrero's Executive Order No. 2020-28 went into effect and Guam Community College has ceased all operations on campus. Admissions & Registration can only accept requests via email through gcc.registrar@guamcc.edu or through the submission of our online forms. Transcript requests can be requested through the National Student Clearinghouse but be advised that only electronic delivery is operational at this time. The physical pick up or mailing of transcripts has been suspended until further notice. 


 

Please note any form can be submitted electronically to gcc.registrar@guamcc.edu. If you cannot send the form using your GCC email, please include a copy of your photo ID for faster processing. Students with access to their MyGCC student portal can submit the following requests electronically:

 


 

New Postsecondary / Undergraduate Students to GCC:

Prospective students who wish to attend GCC as a declared student must complete all forms below. The Evaluation Request form is only required for students who have previous postsecondary coursework that they would like evaluated for transfer credit.

New Postsecondary / Undergraduate Students to GCC (Undeclared):

Prospective students who wish to attend GCC but do not wish to declare must complete all forms below.

Returning Postsecondary / Undergraduate Students

Students who have not attended classes for two or more consecutive regular semesters must complete all of the required forms below.
