Vendor Call-out. Christmas in July Bazaar

Guam Community College is excited to host our annual Guam Community Christmas in July Bazaar on Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the GCC Multipurpose Auditorium (Bldg. 300). Vendor fees will directly support our student scholarships.


Payment Information

  • Payments accepted starting: Monday, June 15, 2026, at 9 a.m.
  • Location: GCC Cashier, Room 2119, Building 2000
  • Deadline: Friday, July 3, 2026, at 4 p.m.
  • Cashier Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (closed weekends and certain holidays)
  • Payment Methods Accepted: Cash, check (made payable to Guam Community College), or credit/debit card


Payment Process

  1. Complete the vendor agreement (issued after the Google Form is completed)
  2. Bring your business license if you haven't already submitted it.
  3. Go to the cashier (Room 2119, Building 2000) to make your payment.
  4. Provide your business name so the cashier can calculate your total.
  5. After payment, proceed upstairs to Room 2206 to show proof of payment and choose your table/spot.

Note: Once you select a spot, changes cannot be made. If you are unable to come up the stairs, please ask the receptionist at the front desk to contact Trina San Agustin or Therese Santos for assistance.


Tabletop Vendors

  • Fee: $55.00 ($35 to Scholarships + $20 Guam Fire fee)
  • Includes: One 6-foot table + two chairs
  • Extra table: $10.00 (max. two tables per vendor)


Food Truck Vendors

  • Fee: $70.00 per truck ($50 to Scholarships + $20 Guam Fire fee)
