Scheduled System Maintenance & Shutdown

Due to the ongoing Cloud Migration and Modernization project of our systems, the MyGCC portal and Banner will be unavailable the weekend of May 24th, as well as on Memorial Day Holiday, May 27th

Planned system shutdown schedule is as follows:

Friday, 5:00PM, May 24th   to  Tuesday, 6:00AM, May 28th, 2019

Systems will not be accessible starting 5:00PM, late Friday afternoon and throughout the weekend. For the weekend of May 24th we expect the system to be available by 6:00AM, Tuesday morning.  Intermittent access to MyGCC, Email, and Banner may be experienced throughout both weekends while necessary system adjustments are conducted.

E-mail services will still be available during the above shutdown duration and can be accessed with your GCC email address accounts directly from .  Enter your full GCC mailing address information (example: and your MyGCC password when prompted by Gmail’s login screen.

Please plan accordingly and thank you for your patience and understanding while we make improvements to our systems.
