Students in CUL 240 Pacific Asian Cuisine have prepared a flavorful menu featuring Korean Soy Garlic Fried Chicken, Pork Bulgogi, Kimchi Fried Rice, Sesame-Soy Vegetables and traditional Yakgwa cookies.


For just $15 cash, you can enjoy this delicious to-go meal while directly supporting our culinary students as they showcase their skills in real-world cooking and service. Come taste the flavors of Korea and support the next generation of Guam’s chefs!
