We are modernizing and transitioning the College's current platform for our Ellucian Banner Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System (also known as "Banner") to a Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) System.


 

⚠️ Critical Outage Dates

The myGCC Portal (also known as "Banner") will be unavailable from Thursday, May 21, 2026 to Tuesday, May 26, 2026, with the schedule as follows:

• May 19, 2026 @ 5:00 PM: Banner SaaS environment lockdown begins - myGCC will still be accessible at this time.
• May 20, 2026 @ 11:59 PM: Current Banner Cloud environment locks down.
• May 21-26, 2026: There will be no access to myGCC at this time. 🚫
• May 26, 2026: Banner SaaS System opens to specialized teams for functionality testing and determination of rollout access. More details to follow.

During the outage, GCC email and Moodle can be accessed directly using the following links:

• 📧 GCC Email: Gmail or via gmail.com
• 📚 Moodle: Access directly via https://moodle.guamcc.edu
