LEADERSHIP IN ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN
The Guam Community College is taking the lead with sustainable development by investing in LEED buildings. Currently, GCC has three LEED certified buildings consisting of two GOLD certifications and one basic LEED certification. It does not stop here. GCC is looking forward to adding to this list with future plans to include more LEED certified buildings via new construction or renovation of exis- ting buildings. From Renewable energy systems to re-using construction materials, these buildings have them all. Come and check them out for yourself!
