Become a part of Guam Youth Congress

Apply now to be a part of the next generation of our island's leaders.

GCC is seeking two student representatives for the Guam Youth Congress, where you'll be a part of drafting bills that represent the voices, aspirations, and needs of Guam's youth.

As a representative to the Guam Youth Congress, you'll serve a one-year term from November 2025 to November 2026 and attend monthly meetings. (You will be compensated $25 for each regular or special session attended.)

Requirements:
-Must be an officially registered GCC postsecondary student
-Must not exceed the age 25 before the end of your term (born between October 20, 2001 - October 20, 2011)
