2001 – 2006 Objectives
Process Objective 1:
Project AIM will identify,
select, and enroll 110 eligible participants including returnees during the
academic year. At least 67% will be low income and first generation or
students with disabilities. In addition, at least 33% of the students with
disabilities also will be low income.
Process Objective 2:
100% of Project AIM participants
will be offered financial aid assistance to ensure that each will meet their
financial need.
Process Objective 3:
100% of Project AIM’s accepted
participants will be given a needs assessment and will develop an Individual
Education Plan (IEP) within 30-days of acceptance to Project AIM.
Process Objective 4:
At least 80% of the Project AIM participants will achieve a cumulative GPA
of 2.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
Outcome Objective 5:
At least 30% of all eligible Project AIM participants who have been retained
and graduated with an Associate Degree will transfer into a baccalaureate
program of study.
Process Objective 6:
At least 30% of Project AIM participants will be assigned a mentor through
the mentorship component.
Process Objective 7:
100% of the disability-related
requests for reasonable accommodations and services will be attended to
within three working days of the request.
Performance Objective 8:
At least 75% of Project AIM’s participants will be computer literate within
2 years of their initial acceptance.
